OUR BREWING PROCESS

To truly appreciate the Old Credit brewing process, it helps to understand how other beers come into being. Most mainstream beers are ready for bottling in just one week. Premium beers may take up to 3 weeks. Old Credit beer takes a full, unhurried, carefully tended 2 weeks of fermentation and 8 weeks to mature!
